Scripture update

Today marks the 3rd straight week of reading each night from the scriptures with the kids. We have done pretty good. Yes we have missed 2 nights, but we have made up for it by reading more the next night. All in all we have done great. Prayer with the family has been happening every night. It is also nice to be able to kneel as a family and give thanks to the Lord.

Our next goal is to add Family home evening into our schedule. We should be doing this every Monday, but we have not been doing it. So soon we will be adding it. We have one more week of Scriptures and prayer before we will add more to our plate. It is hard to make certain things happen on a daily basis.

We have taken it slow and it is starting to get easier to do it. So our next week will consist of Scriptures/prayers every night, AND family home evening once a week :)


Hope you are all doing well....all who don't actually read this blog, which is why I wonder if I should tell more people that it is here......although I don't think I am ready for a lot of people to read it yet. :)
